  • What shipping methods are available?
    We offer shipping through USPS priority mail.Orders are shipped Monday-Friday 12-3pm.
  • How long does shipping takes?
    If you're located in the United States, all orders are shipped after processing which normally takes 1-2 busines days, shipping takes 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays after processing. International shipment may take 5-10 business days due to COVID-19. We do not ship to P.O.Boxes, all orders are subject to signature confirmation, and signatures must match name on order confirmation.
  • What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?
    Blaze Hair exercises a very strict quality control process to ensure that you are receiving the best product. All orders have been double checked for accuracy and quality. No returns will be accepted. We will offer an exchange within 7 days of your order receipt for any unopened, unaltered, unworn, and undamaged product. All packaging and tags must be intact and included with your return. Exchanges If you would like to make an exchange email us at stormy66@blazehaircollection.com, please include the following: Name on order Order # Exchange details Email address and phone number Once the order has been approved, you have 24 hours to ship out the product, we will need to receive it in a 7 day timeframe. * Please include tracking on your package as we are not responsible for for any lost or damaged packages.
  • How long does the hair last?
    With proper maintenance and care the hair can last up to a year (minimum).
  • How many bundles do I need?
    A full sew-in weave with Blaze Virgin hair, would need approximately 3 bundles. We recommend when buying: 14"-16" length - 2 or more bundles 18"-24" length- 3 or more bundles 26"-30" length- 4 or more bundles 30" and up- 5 or more bundles
  • What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
    All prices are in USD.
  • Can I change my address?
    No address can be changed. Please be aware that for security reasons. Blaze Hair does not allow customers to change their address sfter an orderis placed. Please update all shipping information before placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but remember this for your protection. We do not ship alternate addresses, we will only ship to address matching your billing address.
