shipping policy

Once your order has shipped you will receive your custom tracking number via email or messages. Shipping can take up to 3-5 business days after processing, which normally takes 1-2 business days. If you do not receive a tracking number after the orders correct processing time has passed contact us via email with the name on your order and your order number.

return & exchange policy

For the health and safety of the owner and my lovely customers we do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been shipped/delivered. If you receive your items damaged/incorrect, with verified evidence via email, we can offer you an exchange with no fee. (If you do not contact us with in 24 hours after receiving your damaged/incorrect items we will NOT issue a refund!!! We ONLY accept refunds within 6 hours after your order. Contact us via email IMMEDIATELY if you have made a mistake on your order!
